Do your releases include region locking?
Most of our Blu-ray releases are Region B locked, while our 4K UHD titles are region-free. Please check the 'Technical Specs' section on each product page for specific regional coding details before purchasing.
What is the difference between a Limited Edition and a Standard Edition?
Limited Editions typically feature rigid slipcases, exclusive booklets, and bonus collectible items like art cards. Standard Editions contain the same disc content but come in a standard plastic case without the additional physical premiums.
How do you ensure my order arrives in perfect condition?
We understand the importance of collector-grade packaging. All orders are shipped using heavy-duty cardboard mailers and protective bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and shelf wear during transit.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Pre-orders are scheduled to ship 2-4 days before the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the final pre-order item is available.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your specific destination.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage. we will provide a replacement or a full refund including return postage costs.
